For those who are considering, you may have heard of the lack of Quality Control done by Prism+. I would say it’s really a battle for luck. If you are lucky, you get a perfect condition monitor. Otherwise, you face issues like dead pixels as mentioned by others.\n\nI ordered during the 3/3 sale and it got delivered within 24hours, seriously unbelievable inefficient.\n\nRan some test for dead pixels and found none as seen in the pictures below.\n\nOnly DisplayPort cable is provided in the box.

Amazing monitor at a reasonable price. Very good quality too. Highly recommended. Love the blue lighting at the back of the monitor and the mounting screws are hidden behide the cover which can be remove as per photo uploaded.

Purchased on midnight birthday sale (Sat, 27/3), & Prism+ get the package ready on the same day afternoon, & CJSG sent to me on Sunday's evening.\nEverything is awesome! Honestly, was sort of worry when seeing reviews of a few customers receiving monitors with dead pixels, but I thought I can try. It's my first curved monitor, first PRISM+ & I love it. As long as changed the settings right, I don't see complaint

Packing is fast, item received after 2 days. Son love the monitor, saying that its good.

The monitor comes with DP connector cable to the laptop. But my laptop does not have such a port. Thankfully can use HDMI to connect. Only thing to note, HDMI cable does not come with the monitor. Other than that the monitor works great.

Well received. Product is gd for work and gaming. Just for all to take note that it doesn't come with a hdmi cable. Other than that it serves the purpose.

Ordered on 9.9 and received on 10.9 extremely fast shipping and delivery. There was a big dent on one side of the box but thankfully monitor is fine. It's not the best monitor out there but definitely value for money and good enough for PS5 gaming. Monitor is easy to set up with clear quick start guide. Strongly recommend. Thank you.

Been using it for a month now. So far so good. No dead pixel upon setting up. The only downside was the speaker. Overall satisfied with the monitor :)

fast delivery and comes with a free monitor cleaner!easy to set up.. however not sure if i set up the vesa bracket correctly... looks insecure as the bracket is outside the mount area and the the screw provided was too short and hence secure it with wall mount screws for the top two holes.. hope it stays.

Not sure why the image cannot be tuned up to the edge of the monitor.

Received after about 1 week from 9/9 sale. Spotted a single dead pixel but cannot exchange as warranty only cover if more than 5 dead pixels. Luckily the pixel is not easily spotted unless I am 20cm from the screen. Another thing is that the switching to another input source is quite cumbersome. Overall still recommend for this price.

delivery is fast. ordered 6.6 it came by 8.6 even though it mentioned preorder and stock will be sent by mid to late June. monitor display is awesome. can play tetris on high HD mode lol

Bought during 11.11. Item well received however did not really live up to expectation. Did not have time to test it until now. Tried both settings \"cool\" and \"warm\". Colour looks pale in comparison to my Dell laptop. Did a RGB screen test for dead pixels, no dead pixels found but there's a shadow in the middle of screen. (as per pictures) Whole setup is top heavy, although legs are sturdy, its actually quite easy to tip over frontward.

Received my item but screen is very badly damaged. Now a hassle to pack the monitor back into the box and awaits return request. Quality check should have been better.

Well received. Super vibrant colours and 165hz works fine. No dead pixels when received as well. Only note is that this is more curved than the first revision of 144hz X240s which I am replacing after 3 years and at with 24\", you might be just better off with the flat version.
