Can really taste cubes of yams! Add some toasted sesame seeds, sprinkle some spring onion, and fried scallions it’s as good as buying from outside at the comfort of home. Can buy especially when there’s promo!

2 pieces in each pack. I bought 2 packs and sliced them thin before pan-frying. The yam cakes have a good bite texture from the beans, dried shrimps and yam pieces. Taste could be more yam-my, it is a bit too light.

basically i find it a bit plain and not too salty. could be because i steamed it? a bit soft after steamed. maybe the texture will taste better when it is fryed instead. chilli is not bad. just spread the chili to the whole piece to eat.
