The cooler bag was broken. Very sad to receive frozen goods in defrost state.

I was quite disappointed with this order. The seafood was packed only in an aluminium insulated bag instead of a proper cooler bag, which is not ideal for frozen items. \nIn addition, the salmon I received was from Chile, not Norway as stated on the listing. While I appreciate that the seller said they would update the description, and they did revise it immediately, it would have been more professional to acknowledge the mistake with an apology.

Price: Got it on sale at $7.82. That’s $2.60 a piece! Taste: Taste very much like salmon. Not too fishy even if you overcook it. Great for cooking crispy skin salmon as long as it is defrosted properly overnight.
