The delivery staff came earlier than my stated time slot without calling or informing me that he has placed all my orders (including raw meat, fresh milk, chilled items!!) outside my gate!! I got home and got a shock and it was midday heat of 29 degrees (my unit faces the afternoon sun). The notifications from Lazada/Redmart on my sms and email were all not accurate too! I got the notifications AFTER the items were already delivered and I brought them in!😡😡 I tried to write in to their email but it bounced back😡
