Seller was kind and prompt with enquiries pre and post delivery. Order was delivered the next day after purchase was placed. Did a quick test of the electric remover (already charged out of box) and it seems to get the job done. Hopefully the product last.

Bought this product on 6/6 sale, value for money! Functionality looks good but for stubborn areas will still have to use manual filing. This product is useful and effective for smoothening of mild areas. Minimize labourious effort of manual filing all the time.

Probably the best and most effective amongst various types I have used, but this does not last long. Probably bought more than 6 so far as the internal gearing gets worn off after prolong use.

Received in 3 days. Tried the roller head and works well. I think it’s more effective to start with the metal filer first before using the device. Really helps to smoothen. value for money.

Received in good condition. Delivery was fast. There are 3 roller heads of different roughness and 2 speeds. Instructions say to use on clean dry calloused skin. Tried it out using the roughest roller head and the faster speed. Generated fine white powder of dead skin when used. I find that this product is more suitable for the finishing touches of callus removal. Will use the steel file for heavy-duty removing and then \"finetune\" with this after that.
