Product tested ok, but durability still unknown, only time will tell. Generally product design looks nice. No special packing to guard against knocks during delivery.

Not really fast charging for my Vivo Pro phone. And the surface was easily scratched as seem in my photo. The scratches happened when they were placed in my bag. And the side mini cover not sure for what sure, was easily pulled out and can't be put back.\nMy other 20k mAh power bank was more durable and able to put up the cables for use too. This charger cables are fixed in instead.

promptly delivered and reasonable fast. Battery pack came 75% charged. Charge it and it took more than 8 hours to fully charged to 100%. Try charging my phone but definitely not in fast charging mode. I don't think this battery pack is capable of fast charging as claimed. Now I doubt whether is this truly 30000mah battery pack.
