Noise Level: has a very very faint low frequency abnormal swinging sound. Almost undetected, unless it’s very quiet at night. Shall monitor it further. (I’m a machinery engineer)\n\nFor now, money worth yes. 1-year warranty for peace of mind. The app took me sometime to activate.

Ordered during 11.11 sale and got a very good deal using all the vouchers. The machine is easy to assemble and operate.

Great air purifier, works very well and is quite silent when using at night, has 3 modes and a auto mode. It was easy to connect to the app and install. Have used it for 2 nights and it does feel better for my sinus in the morning.

Fuss Free and quiet. Works pretty well, as my dust allergies are better now. Offers wireless connection where you can switch it on before you arrive home

Just fixed it up. It does not filter smoke particles just in case anyone in looking buy it for that reason. The power plug is located in the unit itself. very compact.

the purifier is well-built, and pretty compact to shift it from room to room. I have severe sinus flare ups, so after one night with this I can feel the difference in my breathing. Thank you sterra!

I purchase this as I gifted this before to a friend and the last experience was smooth. \n\nThis time, I received the product damaged (front flap is opened) upon opening the box, immediately, I contacted Sterra via Lazada customer service on the app. It took a while to reply that he would check, and then no more reply and no resolution to return or exchange. In the end, I had to return the product via Ladaza collection. It took another few weeks for Sterra to accept the return. I was so surprised that their after sales service support is so slow. I had purchased the same air purifier for a gift with no issues. Sterra’s after sales service support needs to be improved. \n\nI may purchase another time, or may not. \n\nNo comments on the product as I did not have the chance to even on it,

Bought it at 11.11 sales, super good deals and speedy delivery as well. It arrive like on the 2nd day, immediately open this baby up.

First time trying. Hope it will be useful as I bought it due to my son keep sneezing at home due to dust.

Delivery took quite a while. Lazada marked delivered but actual goods only came 2 days later. Had to reset wifi to accommodate the connection which was a chore IMO so i’m using it without the app control at the moment. Assuming it is operating on its lowest fan speed, it is quiet. Would be good if the design includes a handle for convenience in shifting it ard.

excellent product. quieter than aircon. air smells fresher. less sinuses in the morning too. \n\npackage packing was a little slow, about a week for delivery. likely due to the 11.11 sale \n\nbox and product was well packed

Noise Level:Full blast air would be very noisy, moderate blast ok... \n Filter Efficiency:moderately ok to cover a small room area of about 15sqm effectively... can't cover wider than that effectively. \n Energy Consumption:moderate power consumption, lower than aircon definitely.

Product appearance is gorgeous! It is light weight as well . Delivery 🚚 is fast too . But I’m not sure how the purifier is purified the air. The light is always in BLUE. I change bedsheet in the room should have a lot of dust but the light is still Blue . It don’t seem to work like other purifier. Will monitor and see! I had a joss stick infront of the purifier .. the light still blue ? Not sure if mine is faulty or it is supposed to be like this.
