I expected matcha powder, and get what I want.\nI did not expect individually packed sticks of 10g each when I purchased the biggest size for sustainability and cost. Saw from past reviewers that their packs are powders rather than sticks. Not sure where individual packs are written and why this excessive packaging.\nPackaging feels like they are batch packed, given the quality of the seal, the labels, and the stickers. Considering the price, I guess this was bought in bulk and separately packaged which explains the relatively cheap price.

First time buying from this shop, haven't opened the packing yet. From the reviews, it should be good. The item is fresh with long expiry date and it was properly packed, with bubble envelope. The matcha is in resealable bag, make it convenient for storing. The seller shipped out fast. Very good service. Hope the quality is good, will only find out after opening it and trying it.

Haven't tried the matcha powder but looks good. Took a while to arrive. Although it's definitely not ceremonial grade, I'm still excited to try it.

i only realised the packaging is inconsistent after I received it. from the comments, some received in loose powder form while others received in sachets. i was expecting loose powder bcos that is what I am used to. in a way disappointed because seller isn't clear about this part in the description. haven't tasted it, however fragrance has vegetal-grassy notes. colour is of dull green. maybe you should sit this one out if you're a Matcha enthusiast. shipping time is reasonable.
