Purchased on 06/06 and received in good condition on 08/06. This is my 2nd purchase of apple cider vinegar capsules from BioFinest. Pop 1 capsule 10 to 20min before a meal, usually those higher GI ones. Help to reduce glucose spike of the meal without the taste of vinegar in mouth. Convenient and easy to swallow capsules.

Overall still okie as all the bottles are plastic & had double sealed caps. Loved the expiry as pretty long as stated by the seller.\n\nDelivery came in about 3-4 days. Pretty fast & seller has quick response. Will likely buy again!\n\nNot too sure how effective is this. Hope it is truly effective so that I would buy more in future!
