Purchased on 09/08 and received in good condition on 16/08. the size fit and is quite thick this feel a bit squeezed when wearing shoes. Helps with my flat feet.

Arrived in loosely packed plastic. obviously China made therefore very affordable. Heel support looks high tech. Should feel comfortable in my working shoes.

Beautiful piece, fit size, don't need to cut it. Insert into the shoes and fit perfectly. But for myself, it feels that the floor is thin. It doesn't help but it may be suitable for others because I have problems with the sole. Thick.

Looks like the poron insoles but absolutely nothing the same. Super light and thin at the ball of the foot. Base material made of foam so still provides a little support. For a solid insole for plantar, best to stick to Poron.

My 2nd purchase of this inner sole from this seller on 13/8, flew from China and received in good condition on 19/8 in letterbox. For my size and help to relieve pressure and help to prevent toe cramps while walking.

as per specifications...but a bit on thicker side hence need to put in a shoe which is already loose.... if use in exact size shoe...will be tight. otherwise very comfortable
