Previous orders from NanoSg was well wrapped & packed in boxes. This time however it was simply sent in a plastic envelope without even bubble wrapping. As a result one of the bottles was badly damaged. Also the advertised free gift was missing. Reported to seller. Glad they replied promptly to apologize & will be sending replacement & the free gift of VitC which is out of stock at present but new stocks coming in July. Looking forward to the fulfillment of their promise soon. Thanks
