First order, the sweet potatoes were so fresh so i decided to order 2 bags this time but sadly only 1 bag is good, the other one looks good from outside but once opened, i found 2 pieces that has already turned bad, mushy and rotten. Quite disappointed with this batch.

Im not sure need to freeze or not. I just put with vege. Steam for 20 minutes. So sweeeeeet and nice. Inside is yellow. And the skin peeled off itself after steam.

Quality of the sweet potatoes is good. Been buying one bag every fortnight for the last 2-3 months after stopping for several months. Only one bag came a little wet with some pieces squashed but that was more a handling issue. The product has been sweet, fresh (not dry) and not fibrous. On the slim side for most pieces but nothing to complain about. Easy to peel after cooking too.

I bought 2 types of potatoes, but both were \"Japanese sweet potatoes\". One is Beni Haruka, and the other was the above. Both were soft to the bite, but the former taste was much better.
