as this was a reordered item, it was delivered around 2 weeks after I purchased it online. the delivery service is very professional and I get updates throughout till it eventually landed at my place. speaker is easy to set up and the sound was awesome. ordered 27/03/22, received 01/04/22. set up was relatively fuss free using Sonos app. so far app is working fine. currently only tried using app to listen to music and radio. sound was warm and detailed with good amount of bass. if used in bedroom no need for sub. glad to have purchased it during laz b'day with good discount. using this as laptop speaker connected via audio extractor.

Edited follow up review.\n\nLove the compact size and the sound quality. Voice clarity is great! There is also an EQ settings for bass and tremble. Getting the HDMI arc connection to work with my LG TV was a little difficult through the app. It kept resetting itself to TV sound out for unknown reason. Fortunately there is a Device sound out option from my TV settings to get it working in seconds. \n\nAn advise to people who have trouble setting up or getting the sound bar to link to your own network. VPN setting for local network discovery must be turn on to use VPN together with the sound bar.

\nNew to this brand. Not a pleasant experience. Very slow delivery. Marked packed & credited my card extremely fast on day of order. Delivered on last day of promised date at end of day. I need to follow up myself & call Sheila of iHub several times. Contacted Lazada Help Center for help also. Very tiring. Think I need the Sub but phobia to buy more. Feel like a retard paying $$ to wait. Good products. Responsive & friendly chats but not helping. Feedback here are overrated; maybe they are able to hide negative reviews idk. Anyways pls improve.
