Device not yet installed as first to learn how to setup passwords. By the way what is purpose to provide with two PW: one for user, the other for manager ? User manual is a little bit too succint (missing details on how to recover a lost password... indication not clear enough. I will complete my comments once installed and in operation after s month for instance. Product complete and excellent quality. at first glance to be recommended.

Seems to work fine. The instructions have to be downloaded using the QR code, and a little hard to understand. I had to download both the Chinese and English versions to try and figure out what it is saying. Set up the fingerprints but yet to install. The level is rather long, will update again if it works with my letterbox.

The lock is good. Although the lock cant be installed in correct direction. But I'm still happy with it. Seller allowed me to return and get the refund. But i choose to keep it.

Item arrived very quickly. Lock is functional as expected - installation was fairly straightforward replacing an existing key lock, though your mileage may vary depending on your current setup. You’ll need to supply your own wrench and larger/electric screwdrivers to ease the setup. \n\nThe box contains two latches of different lengths (I went with the shorter one) and comes with a small screwdriver that is mainly useful for the installation of the latch onto the lock.

Item is as in description and the lock works with the shorter adaptor. Model is M-1602—Type-C and manual is in English & has to be downloaded using the QR code sticker come in the package.

Item received within 2 days. Working fine and easy to install. A bit of filling on the letter box hole is needed to insert the new lock mechanism in. The lock mechanism is longer than the original so some modifications is needed for it to lock tightly.
