Appearance acceptable. I can setup immediately when the item arrived as handset batteries are provided. Ringing volume acceptable for a 5rm flat. Price reasonable for all the basic functions for a twin handset including speaker phone. There is no backlit on the LCD display.\nI received the goods the very next day.

Fast delivery within 2 days after placing order. Protected with bubble wrap in a box. Reasonably priced and works well. Just tested and find maximum ring tone volume a bit soft.

Initially order ES1810 but seller run out of stocks. I followed up with enquiry on the next batch of stocks but only received reply after some time that new stocks only arrive in September. Couldn't wait so I changed to purchase ES2310. Regretted as ES2310's ringing tone is on the soft side! Otherwise, all other functions like sound quality & coverage are good!

Have install the phone but noted caller ID only shows time but didn’t show the date stamp. Just show 11.25 and not the date.

Take a while to fix up. Considered as a decent speakerphone as illustrated.\n\nCertain functions are not quite easy to use. Yet to get more familiar to it.
