Purchase during 9.9 sales got some vouchers immediately I place order the admin called to inform in the evening that their delivery department will call me in the next 3 days. On the third day the delivery was carried out and the technician was very efficient setting up for me and pair the TV to my Prism sound bar. Thanks for the good and efficient service.

Looks ok, overall really not bad for a 4K TV at this price. Need to use more to test it out. Paid ~$1k (w wall bracket), with vouchers & coins is a great deal during Black Friday. installation guy is ok. but the picture quality is not up to expecting. a bit smuggy and characters are not sharp. eyes get strain after watching half an hour. can anything be done to improve. not as good as my old xiaomi and the xiaomi presently in my room.

Delivery was late bcoz of ND holiday. Order on 7 Aug thinking can get on 8 Aug as promised on website but was informed due to too many orders my delivery came on 11 Aug.\nQuality wise quite satisfied but not the audio. Pretty hollow and flat as compared to my previous old TV. Overall still happy with the purchase for the 9.9 sale.

The guy who installed the TV was very rude. I had an audio converter(convert digital to analog which run on a USB power) cable-tie to my old TV bracket. I told him to wait as I went to take a cutter and less than 1 minute he had pull out the old tv and due ripped the converter cable. I told him about it and he replied me back ...... u come and install la. I can asked him to leave but I didn't. Will be my first and last TV from prism.

Customer service is good and delivery man was also efficient and polite. The TV works but unfortunately only after a week, problem arise- a dark very visible vertical line suddenly appears so contacted the customer service and I tried everything including factory reset as advised but still not resolved. Kind of disappointed; hopefully they will quickly send a replacement as the issue is not resolved. Also yet to get a copy of the warranty for my record which I’m chasing them. Update: Prism honoured the warranty and did a 1:1 replacement quickly. I’m very happy with their prompt service and have up the rating.Good job👍
