fast delivery but the image is no good even I connect to my laptop \nor is this fault product I should reject it

Delivery was fast but the box that contain the antenna was empty. I found the screen a little small and decided to order a 43inch TV, so initiated a return/refund with the reason of missing item. The return/refund was rejected and it took about a week to resolve the issue and received replacement antenna.\nMy wife ordered two hangers recently. The package didn't arrive though I got a message from Qxpress saying item delivered. The deliver person sent an image of the package and a blur image of some floor, not the standard image of package with unit number as proof of delivery.\nBoth TV and hangers were delivered by Qxpress.

Prism+ Q32 TV is good and operate well after set up. Picture quality is acceptable although is 1368x768 resolution only. The disadvantages of Q32 Google TV took 20-30 seconds to turn on the operating system and TV channels.\n\n

THEY fail to deliver: lack of time, staff, lousy planning etc, and threaten only 2 more delivery attempts!\nWill cancel future orders when sellers use TracXlogis.\nWanted to deliver CONTACTLESS. I disagreed, was promised DO NOT LEAVE AT DOORSTEP delivery.\nLousy TracXlogis DID a DUMP and RUN again, left items UNATTENDED! NO ringing the Doorbell! Dumping valuable, electronic items in the open, to get soaking wet in today's rain or stolen by any passer-by is idiotic!\nBUT:\nPrism+ Customer Service was my best CS experience ever! They listened, emphasised, UNDERSTOOD my concerns, helped me through 2 order changes! I hope TV is as good as they are! Will write about that in Follow-up Review. My family had great Prism+ experiences!

Excellent quality tv for my parents. Easy to operate for them. Only downside was the delivery, had ask customer service to inform before delivery as I was overseas and had to make arrangements. The delivery guy just left the tv outside the house.

Was delivered a day after I placed order. Delivery arrived after 8pm. Delivery guy just propped the package vertically against the wall and left without ringing doorbell. Package could have just fallen. \nTV was relatively easy to set up. couldn't connect to Google Home app, so had to set it up manually. \nPicture quality is pretty good, sound too. TV is quite light too.
