Very good buying experience from purchase till installation. I was able to use back my existing wall bracket and the refund for the wall mount was promptly settled. \n\nAs for the Tv itself, generally is ok except for the backlight bleeding/IPS glow (see third picture). Disappointed to see them for a brand new set. According to the FAQ on their support website, it often occurs on IPS panel and there is no way to completely negate backlight bleeding and IPS glow.\n\nAlso for some functionalities such as watching free-to-air channels and Bluetooth connectivity, will need to use the pre installed apps.

Installation team is very professional and fast. Surprisingly the tv antenna has a magnetic base that can be stuck to the back of the tv.

happy purchase at good price during 6.6 promo on lazada. with vouchers, cheaper than other platform and stores. Prism gave a free and cute digital antenna with Prism name and easy connection. Good customer service who called me next day to fix delivery date. after ordered, we were eagerly waiting for delivery and the delivery arrived about 7pm. quick setup and clear explanation by Aizat, a friendly and handsome guy. Google TV is easy to handle, nice colour. it is an experience to buy 55 inch tv and the height is just 2mm below top shelf. speed is fast and smooth as it has 2gb ram and 16gb internal storage. sound is very good too. delivery guy said 3 years warranty started on date of delivery and to retain the carton box for 7 days in case tv has issue and prism do exchange. Strongly recommended.

So far so good. However compared to my previous Samsung tv, it appears to be less saturated in colour.

Sales team gave me a call within 24 hours to arrange installation. TV itself was installed within a week. Installer was quick and professional: he was willing to use my existing bracket and could process the refund for their bracket. He also gave a quick run through of the TV features and even helped to discard my old TV responsibly.\nThe TV itself has great 4k Qled picture quality and the internal speakers are surprisingly good. Programs load up quickly, and menus are smooth. However, start up times are quite slow.\nOverall impressed with the price and performance / service ratio.

Very good compare with few tv I used before. The colour very sharp and sound very good. I got 1 E series, compare current Ultra series, I felt manufacture had put a lots effort to upgrade their tv in term of picture, sound and App.

Ordered on 11.11 and received the TV on 18.11. We was told to choose the delivery timing, either 11am to 3pm or 4pm to 8pm. We chose 11am to 3pm but the TV didn't arrived till after 4pm. No follow-up call to inform us about the late delivery and we had to check with the customer service to find out what happened to the delivery. The installation was a breeze however we were not impressed with the product knowledge of the delivery/installation guy - no guidance as how to use the functions of the TV, we had to ask him to show us how to navigate the functions of the TV and he gave us the impression that he has to leave in a hurry. Nevertheless he did offered to help us dispose our TV.

Better than my Samsung 2022 same year made model -- which died on me the 2nd time in less than 2 yrs. Sound's projection is more pronounced and rich. Colour of QLED is much vibrant with HDR in details. Only nitpicking is Google TV takes longer to launch during startup. Hope its longevity can surpass 3 years.

The customer experience with Prism+ from end to end was awesome. \n\nPrior to my purchase, I message the customer service of Prism+ and asked several questions and they have not only patiently answered my questions promptly but also provide additional information like how to perform Chromecast, provide information to me that I could purchase TV mount first and they will assess whether my existing TV mount can be reused and they will refund me if it can be reused etc.\n\nOn the day of delivery, TV Specialist, Vincent Ng called me to update me the estimate time that he would arrive and this allows me to better plan and manage my time. Vincent installed the TV very swiftly with great precision. He also guided me how to use the TV remote control step by step after the installation, and helped me disposed my old TV.\n\nThank you Prism+!

​I am disappointed with my recent TV purchase. Within less than a week, the price dropped by an additional $100. Furthermore, the product appears to be a cost-reduced version compared to the unit shown in YouTube reviews, featuring cheap plastic stands. Most concerningly, the model number listed in the internal system settings does not match the model number printed on the rear label of the television.

Installation is fast but my AV is not working properly. Brought this set to replace my previous prism+ brought 3.5 yrs ago. Previous become dim on 1 side. No surround sound.
