Quality wise is acceptable. Can’t comment much as this is the only filter that I can use for my Novita jug. However package arrived in fantastic packaging and swift delivery too.

Thank you Seller for the speedy delivery and also for the free gift. However, the base of the cartridge is different from my current cartridge, have not try to fit into my water pitcher yet as just recently replaced a new cartridge. Hope your cartridge can fit when I use it in one month’s time !
