I’m impressed with this ceiling fan! It’s incredibly powerful and has made my workspace room wonderfully cool. The installation team was efficient, arriving promptly and giving clear instructions during the quick 10-minute setup. Overall, I’m thankful for the service, although the 10-day wait after placing the order was a minor drawback.

The installation was prompt, and the replacement of my old ceiling fan was swiftly carried out. Upon switching it on, there was a slight delay of a few seconds, as evident in my video. Generally, I appreciate the appealing design and color. The fan provides strong airflow suitable for my small room, yet I find the light could be brighter. My only complaint is that the light isn't sufficiently bright for my liking.

Very nice looking fan with 6 wind speed. The white light is bright enough for a small area with yellow and dimmer lights for different atmosphere. Very good service too.

Rose gold is very nice and trendy. The wind is strong and serve it purposes. Not noisy too. It comes with 3 diff lights and I like how i can adjust the brightness of the light which other fan can’t do. ❤️

Delivery was fast and installation was hassle free. They even help to dismantle and throw away old fan. Fan was working fine. However would be perfect if staff is able to guide on the installation of the smart app. They ask to read the manual. Contact the Prism CS for help. They were good and able to direct sound advice. Kudos to the CS team!

i am very pleased with the purchase. the installer is very professional and efficient. The fan is quiet at slow speed and the top speed is adequate for me. Just wish that they give the colour temperature continuos adjustment on the remote just like the dimmer control.

If possible go to their showroom see & test the actual product & manage your expectations. I made a mistake by not going to see for myself first.\n\nNot sure about other colors but screws is very visible on white color. Maybe other colors will be less visible?\n\nFan also take at least 6 seconds to start spinning after switch on, leave me wondering if it is on at all.\n\nInstaller are suppose to be professional but they left a gap between the fan cover & (previous fan) cable conduit. Cover also have very big gap from ceiling.\n\nDimming/bright the light have to press & hold remote button to cycle. There is no separate dim/bright buttons to click through.\n\nThe one I have at home (more expensive different brand) have caps that cover the screws, & almost no gap at ceiling. Startup is at most 3 seconds. There is also separate dim/bright button on remote.\n\nBought for around $250 after discount, for this price I guess you get what you paid for. Fan speed not the fastest but still acceptable. Their customer service call me few days after purchase & arrangements were made very fast which is good.\n\nBought for parent flat, luckily they are not picky. Hopefully it will last.

very satisfied, strong wind compared to my existing in other model. life time warranty on motor good. cust svs team who arrange delivery & installation is good on every steps. install guy also familiar with the way to install, hassle free at all. I even asked him to relocate the current to other bedroom with charges. this prism+ brand no regret, although prices slightly just little higher than other brand , but quality, cust svs, warranty allnthese worth to purchase. no regret..in future will all change to this brand.

Good quality fan at very reasonable price. Great customer service from the day I placed my order till completion of delivery.\n\nFan is quiet and powerful, as fan speed 3 (out of 6) is good enough for a normal size bedroom. Light brightness can be adjusted and it can also toggle between cool white, daylight and warm, which is useful for say reading at night.\n\nHave to mention that the installer provide quality installation, minimizing drilling, trying his best to cover up the rough surface left by the bracket of my old fans, all without messing up the rooms. The electric drill he used come with a built-in vacuum cleaner which really help in keeping dust away (almost no trace of dust at the end of the drilling).\n\nHighly recommended!

The prism oasis fan is aesthetically looking good even in all mate white. There are 3 different color lights that can be chosen for different types of moods. So far the fan is able to provide good wind to the intended space. Overall a good buy!

6-year warranty on LED panels, Adjustable speed settings, only set back is the start up is slow, takes like 3sec to start spinning other wise speed is OK, 1,2,3 to 4 speed is silent, 5 and 6 little noisy but acceptable\n\nInstaller is friendly, fan was little out of alignment (slight tilt to the right) after he was about to leave, luckily I realised it and he adjusted it again, now the fan is straight.

I bought the 46 and 52. The 46 looks a bit small . Decent fan . Only thing I don’t like is when u on the light and fan . You get shadows running around the ceiling

Product is ok. But the fan is only delivered and installed today. Reason being typhoon in china and stocks cannot be sent. Seller dint update this in Shopee and never offer alternatives. Just tell me to wait. Really lousy customer service.

Very good, value for money. customer service contacted me a day after placing order. very good CS and also installer. polite and swift actions. everything finished nicely within 15min! fan is quiet, a little slow to start but that's no issue. can switch downward and upward drafts, which I am pleasantly surprised. never knew such functions exist since I am a first time user. 3 lights tone is great! overall fantastic buy!!
