fast delivery.is warm and have droplet of water at eye area .if too hot just lift up or shift the mask .heat last for quite some time .no smell .ok for this price

is much warmer than the Japan brand .so if too hot you need to lift up the mask away from eye .Sterling putting got water droplet around eye area
