Delivery took 2 days to arrive. package was well wrapped up. Delivery man left package in the meter room. I ordered medium size and it was perfect size, not too big nor too small. however on close inspection of the basin I noticed that the rim was rough and stained. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product, quality assurance should be carried out to ensure product is of satisfactory before sending to the customer. Indeed I am very disappointed with the service and the poor quality product. This is unacceptable and it's so trouble to send for refund. Seller, it's a shame on you for selling such poor quality product.
