I have no idea what happened during the delivery.. what I know power bank are not made drop resistance. please handle with care. I hope this power bank work well.\nnoted : type c charging pot is damaged.

The size is much bigger and bulkier than advertised. it's not light too. It will carry some weight and some space if brought along for charging. Three cables also very short. one of the cables is hard to insert into a mobile phone.\nYet to find out the charging function.

Functionality : Normal \n Quality:Ok\n Material:Good\nReceived the battery power bank in good condition and tested working. Can have two phone charges but charging to full power will take more than 4 hours. The size is a bit too big and thick.

Convenient and excellent with lights for emergency . Not sure it’s at 20 mAh as there is no way to test. Hope the seller has tested this product or done due diligence with the vendor and guarantees this to their customers before selling.

recharge it 2x already. seems quite slow for a 20000mhz powerbank. bought this to replace my 10000mhz powerbank. seems like my 10000 one is more powerful and faster.\nI am going to check the cable next...maybe the attached cable is the issue.
