Item received well. the shoe rack is good. there is an instruction to scan code to teach you how to assemble. but each shelf is not suitable for men shoes more than size 40. it's too small for men's shoes bigger than size 40

Good value, however assembly instructions are really unclear. Fixed it mainly by trial and error and looking closely at the finished product pics. The instructions were close to redundant. \nStill for the price and quality, 5 stars. Recommended buy if you don’t mind taking time figuring out how to fix it.

normal quality but it serves the purpose though.\npacking and delivery was acceptable.

There’s some scratches with the paint came off but luckily it’s facing down so it’s not obvious. Manual instruction is provided but I still find it difficult to assemble it. The screw is bit off for one handle and luckily can fit the hdb door gap!

Item received in good condition. Was a little difficult to assemble as I don’t understand Chinese but I still got it done with trial and error. Not that sturdy but it is worth it’s price. Not going to put it out of the house as I think that water will make it corrode and rust. \nThank you seller!

manufacturing quality poor, screw opening not made properly. But expected for China goods, still works ok as a shoe rack.

quality isn't perfect. when inserting the pole the paint chio off.\n\nwork as intended but I think if they do white spray paint would be better than coating on which comes off bit by bit.

Holes for the bolts & nuts used is larger, not the correct diameter & no washers were provided. Otherwise rack is fine though the surface plates of each rack are thin & filmsy.

Perfect for organizing shoes, just nice for new BTO and keep shoes well organized.

installation took some time, some parts are sharp edges. 2 of the connecting screws cannot be screwed in, maybe step done correctly at user's end. generally still a good product. noteworthy that the umbrella part cannot be fit into the space between gate & the door.

Before buying compared with other shops and seen plenty of reviews, ended up buying the shoe rack here, it is a good buy! It is stable, carry the shoes well. No smell also, satisfied.

Quick delivery however it would be better if the instructions for installation came in English. One of the Allen head screws were just impossible to screw / tighten all the way thru.

The rack seems a bit small, if overall slightly bigger will be perfect.

Shoe rack reasonable quality. Some of the trays are a little warped but does not affect functionality. Assembly needs a bit of time to figure out as the instructions are bot specifically derailed. Overall it’s a good rack and is relatively light.

Thank you for the fast delivery. However, it was not that easy to fix the metal shoe rack. At the bottom of each metal rack, it is super sharp & I got cut. So be careful during fixing. Didn't manage to fix the umbrella holder, anyhow I don't need the umbrella holder as it will pull down the whole shoe rack. The width of the metal rack is a bit small. Quite tight when you put a pair of shoes on it.

Do not the bottom size is not 23cm, is 25cm. Item got some scratches or paint tear down so gv 3 stars

Easy to build and saves a lot of space for me. Came with instruction sheet in Chinese. It fits just nice between my main door and gate but there isn’t enough space for the umbrella stand. Doesn’t matter to me but others may want to take note of the measurements.

The Outdoor HDB Shoe Rack is Sturdy. The 4 screwed legs are cleverly incorporated to ensure the shoe rack is level even on uneven floors.Please see attached diagram with 4 screwed legs.

Delivered fast. Compact and managed to fit space with little adjustment. Was a bit challenging to assemble as the instructions not very detailed. Organised the shoes.
