Works like the original, so good to see such a clear screen after enduring a fading blackening LCD screen from our original controls that only lasted 4-5 years. These work like the originals, so no anxieties. just be sure to check that your models are supported. It appears to support most Daikin models & mine are not new either. \n\nProduct design is excellent, although I did experience one with the screen cover which had air bubbles in it, otherwise the rest were fine. The material quality is great too. Really happy with the purchase.\n\nValue wise, bought in bulk for about $6 each or slightly less, after discounts.

Side by side comparison of original vs the one I ordered. Minor differences, otherwise it’s ok as replacement remote. Works well. The cover from battery compartment is bit hard to remove.

this one not so good, doesnt have the anti mould feature. otherwise it would be a perfect replacement remote.

the remote controller appears to be a new one: no scratch marks on the body and the LCD screen, and the screen contrast is sharp while the texts are crisp. No set-up is required except for the time setting if one wants to use the auto on/off functions. So easy to run. A very good buy.
