Price:A bit on the high side because it's from Japan.\n Effectiveness:Need to consume constantly for maximum prevention and delay aging related vision issues. Promotes overall eye health, hopefully will reduce the risk of cataracts and glaucoma in the long term.\n Ingredients:Emphasis on lutein for eye health.\n \nBought this with more lutein (25mg Vs 30mg) to try to see if there's any difference.
