This is the first time I ordered from Tena directly and it was a horrible experience. First, they updated the item as delivered but my items were not here. I checked with them twice and they say it's still on its way. One week passed and I have no choice but to check with Lazada. Then they told me it was delivered then I check with my helper whom also did not inform me it was delivered but not the free gift. I like their products which my mum has been using but not their service.

Bought $114.11 for 2 cartons = 16 packs. Good price. However courier just dump at door step without knocking the door. I happened to see email that realized it’s been delivered.

It's very strange about this seller, didn't deliver but in the system showed delivered at 0245 hrs....

Seller is not trustworthy! Item was not delivered and it turned to delivered ! I’ve contacted the seller but he/she kept saying their system having problem without giving me any timeline of delivery. Hence I’ve raised a refund and was rejected! Pls do not buy from this seller! Dishonest!

Be prepared to wait at least a week or more to get the diapers. A few days for shipment and another few days at the logistics to deliver. Helping friend to order...she ended having to buy additional diapers for her mil at the local store.

Delivery was slower this round as explained by seller due to higher volume experienced during the 11.11 sales. Received the item 9 days after i have placed the order. Good customer service as seller was prompt to reply on query relating to expected delivery date. Definitely cheaper to buy than from physical stores, especially with the additional discounts offered.

Till today I have not received my order but the system shows alrdy delivered. The courier text me on 11 Feb but did not turn up. I track the package n it still shows Out for Delivery.

Ordered 4 cartons on 11.11, received 1/2 parcel on 18.11. So far has not received the 2/2 parcel, it was out for delivery since 18.11 till today still has not received. J&T delivery is slow and bad, still do not know where is my parcel!\n\nSeller is nice and responsive.

Bought during lazada birthday sale and it was quite a deal. It worked out to be less than $50 per carton and with free wet wipes and Endo food storage jar. Shipment was quite delayed though. But the seller was quite responsive over the chat and was able to give updates of the shipment.
