Placed order on Friday morning and collected on Monday. Item is packed in a small box, size of an adult hand. No instruction manual, just screw the stick to the base. Plug the antenna power point to the TV and extend the wire. It works best when the antenna is placed at the window. But once you get the channel, you can move the antenna back near your TV.

Great signal reception. Took less than 5 minutes to scan for available tv channels. The tv image received on my mother's older smart tv was clearer than the image provided by the singtel mio cable tv box. It was super easy to install. Very good antenna. I could scan for 20+ channels (a lot from Malaysia) and 10+ radio. I stay at Bukit Panjang.

Took a few days for item to be delivered but works perfectly. Managed to get some Indonesian channels very clearly. Antenna is mounted indoors, about 10-15cm from the window.

This product is so much better than the one I had before. This one can get better and stronger signal with more channels.
