The delivery came at 5pm , no call beforehand. It would be nice if the delivery man can give an estimated time frame because i was waiting since morning and cancelled a morning appt for the delivery. The items came in a nice clean new box which can keep for future use. This is a bonus point. A ice pack came with it but it was pierced, either because too much water filled or by sthg sharp. This point hope seller can take note because by right this ice pack can be reused too. So it is now wasted. Usually this seller needs at least $80 for free delivery but that time i bought any amt also can, even 1 pack of unagi also can. This is great because not every family can finish $80 of food. Imagine every seller needs $80 min purchase aka i need to spend $80 on pork, $80 on fish/seafood, $80 chicken. So i hope frozen food sellers will do the same as this seller and allow lower quantum. My freezer also tiny so cant get too much at one go. The food all frozen when rcvd except for the big salmon, about 10% thawed at the sides. But i ok , just dumped into freezer asap. Overall highly recommended based on price, logistics. After i try the food i add review. \n

The product looks well packed (vacuum) and well labeled indicating the production and expiration date. as well the product originated from Norway.\nThe colour of frozen Salmon looks good. We will cook its in a few days.

Items received in slightly defrosted state despite in a frozen bag with dry ice. However, my family like the taste of this salmon. The texture of the fish is very soft after cooking. Seller is very responsive, unstandable and friendly. Have purchased a few times from seller. Love their service, always advise in advance before delivery and never fail their delivery. Item received in acceptable condition but would be much better if packed separately in plastic as I only need one piece each time! This is good. \nTempura Prawns were still frozen but others in the cooler bag weren’t, especially the salmon which were totally defrosted and softened, and the other fish and prawn cakes. \nVery disappointed with seller’s delivery service.

This is always good. Smooth and no fishy smell. Recd in cooler bag yet the fish were a little defrosted - could feel it’s has softened. But at least not like previous round which were completely defrosted.
