My third order from this vendor but first time on this platform as the savings were great. As my ordered quantity was large, items came in a cardboard box but everything was still rock solid when I received it. Very happy about it!

I think the seller may have read my previous review where I said I wished the ribeye was thicker. I'm getting a lot of end cuts, which are thicker. Easier for me to make juicier steak. Nice.

I find this seller beef is adorable and quality is acceptable. Always came nicely packed in insulated packaging . The ribeye is still hard . It was really worth buying during promotion . Delivery is fast & delivery is responsible to hand pass the items to us in person. \nGood 👍

Received grain fed Angus beef. contacted seller and seller offered to exchange and arranged a convenient time to exchange. During the exchange, some of the grass fed ribeye was partly defrosted, I cannot accept because defrosted food cannot be frozen again. delivery person agreed to exchange with new frozen ones on another trip. Although there were some hiccups, seller and delivery person both demonstrated good responsibility and good service. Now waiting for tomorrow's delivery of the replacement. Will update if there's any discrepancies from above review.

Slices came in two totally different sizes. one was thin, the other was a thick cut. I'll update after cooking them.

Price:Price is misleading. Beware. Check the price when you cart. eg they can list 63% discount and $3+ but when I tried to add other items to enjoy free shopping, the price shoot up by few dollars. likewise my other discounted items. at first I thought is becos I tried to buy more than 1 of the same items but when I keep everything to 1, the final price is still different from what was advertised and likewise the discounted price of my other items also changed. It shows as estimated price. I have to manually review the price to see whether still worth or not. That's why I gave them a 2* for the ok price but misleading ads.
