My 4th and 3rd within 6 mths, because the first one was good lasted for 1-2 years, and the 2nd,3rd just expired within 3 months each. I like it a lot so I kept repurchasing wishing the last one was just a unlucky spite. But it’s getting demoralizing. It is such a value product. Customer service is quite prompt. Delivery is fast. I will give it one last chance. So here it is.

Seem to work except not able to adjust the spray intensity. The upper body doesn’t stay and kept dropping to the water chamber causing water leakage. Overall ok with it for the price.\nThe package wasn’t packed properly…no bubbles wrapped on the box which could have damaged the item.

Item well received & came timely.\nWorks well, just that the water containment will leak as it tilts.

The water jet is very strong even on the lowest setting. A bit too powerful for me. The video shown is for the lowest setting already. Need to be careful cos can hurt the soft parts like under the tongue if not careful. Not recommended for children use. Once the water tank is filled, should not lie on the side because the water will leak out. The seal is not tight.

Although its compact enough for travel too. its solid and therefore quite heavy. this new IPX7 is designed for travel and is small n light. strangely this model pulses the jet whereas the HF-3 delivers a continuous strong jet. both models do the job well. there's enough calibration of the jet to suit most users HF-3 has lasted a year so I'm hoping the IPX7 will be as durable and lasting. \n
