If you on the borderline in shoe sizing, take the smaller size in shoe stretcher. I’m a size 6.5 but M was too big for my shoes. Good thing seller was nice enough to do an exchange. Also, note the stretcher is not meant for heels, more for flat shoes. Asked seller but none available for heels.

Seems like a handy tool to have around the house, for all the shoes that are a little too narrow and tight. Love the extra caps that cater for bunions, came in handy in my case. Not sure how long I'm supposed to leave the expander on though. Hope it works!
