Simple packed with a layer of bubble wrap. Outside no visible damage but not sure if the filter supposed be broken off on the seal, cause it doesn't seem to fit the opening inside. However the flow is strong and steady, which is great.

This shower head is out of this world! Have never used such a powerful spray and comes with a few type of spray. Very well designed. Only set back is the plastics is used through out and not sure if it can last a long time. Good value though.
