I've been recommended this brand, but I'm quite disappointed by seller service. They just dumped all my orders (and it's quite a lot) in a simple thin polymailer bag. I opened it and it was like a garbage bag. Product box was crushed. \nIt shows that they have no care and no thoughts for their product, nor their customers. At least put in a box or a thicker bag for better protection of your products. So if this is how they treat their own products and customers, it doesn't give much confidence in the quality of the products now.

I have been taking this for about two years. I started on this after facing bloated feeling; especially after a meal. It contains digestive enzymes, pro and prebiotics. Additionally I take a lot of yogurt and yogurt drinks. So it’s probably a combination of this supplement and yogurt products that has calmed my tummy. No harm to take such supplements. It’s quite inexpensive.
