Package was well wrapped and box arrived in good condition. Tested this 60Hz, 800W handheld blender and it works well. It has 3 different speeds (Speed 1 to 3) and with speed 1, it is powerful enough to blend ice cubes quickly\n\nRather surprised at the size of the blender though, it is taller than a wine bottle

Received my blender very quickly and it was very well wrapped up with bubble wrap & cling wrap for protection. Hardcopy receipt was included with the package as well. Tried the blender just a day or 2 ago, and it's pretty powerful at speed 1 already! The physical size is a bit big compared to what i have imagined, but no complaints so long as it serves it's primary purpose to blend!

Yet to try. Will try to remember to come back and update. Delivery was much faster than expected. \nIt's a lot bigger and heavier than I expected for a handheld tool.\nAlso, NO USER MANUAL INCLUDED. No instructions are included on the side of the box either. \nHow does this company expect people to use this thing satisfactorily?

Good product. I had to get the plastic base as the metal one scratches the base of non stick pans. Good thing is also easy to clean as it is not hollow base (blade)

Wasn't aware Powerpac carries quite a range of home appliances. \nBlender comes in 2 blades. Have not try out yet. \nGood in quality and value for me money. \nI have to say Ninja Van CS and delivery has improved.

Delivery was prompt and item received in good condition. Haven't used yet. Looks a bit tall. Hopefully can use for blending onions and chilli for making sambal as instructions mentioned fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, ice cream and baby food plus always include liquids.

Fast delivery, good price, works well!\nMost other brands sell their hand blender in a set with the container and other detachable pieces, but I didn't need the whole set. Only needed the hand blender, so this is the best option! And the price is very reasonable!\nTried blending green bean soup for a smoother texture and it works well!
