Material is very thin. Mouth area has 2 cut out strips (it’s not a hole for the mouth as advertised, the 2 strips go over the lips and feels a bit irritating). \n\nOverall it stayed over my mouth until I woke up. According to my Apple Watch I had very few “awake” moments through the night. Will continue to monitor and buy again if it continues to work well.

I had received this anti-snoring product last week but my wife had only used the very first piece last night. It did reduce the volume level of her snoring. I have also suggested to her that in order for her to breathe better, she should probably tear off the centre portion.

Tried it and it seems to work at keeping breathing through nose through the night. Didn’t come off.. but not difficult to peel off when done. Sticky enough to do the job but not too sticky 👍🏻
