1st time purchase, will try.\nPacking is not good, a number of small holes on each pack. Will need to open n see if it affected the taste n quality of this. \nThe date stated: 12 Nov 2024, which compared to the rest, date stated from 2025.

Didn’t get to try out the taste this time due to the product was damaged within the original pack upon receiving. The pack was flattened and the cube not able to be loosened after adding hot boiling water. It seemed moisture already gotten in and glued the dried cube very tightly. I threw it away after chatting with the seller. This is my 2nd time receiving damaged pack of different flavours. Previously was the 火龙果。Hope seller can check packs 1st before packing to make sure not to send damaged food product to buyer any more…..Parcel condition was horrible upon receiving due to poor packaging or delivery process? Extremely disappointed.

Ordered 2 packs of 玫瑰白桃银耳羹 to try. Noticed 1 pack was not right due to it was flattened and the cube sticked inside the bag when opening. After pouring hot boiling water, it looked like a piece of eraser not able to loosen out as per normal. Even I tried to simmer it for another 2 minutes but still couldn’t break out the lump. Think food has absorbed moisture and turned rancid so decided to throw it away as not safe to consume. I also prepared the 2nd pack of same variant, it was ok. Hope not to get similar experiences if I re-order it…..

I like this variant. Able to see one lotus seed and 百合，hahaha. Sweet taste, not sure got artificial sugar added or not….hope not! Urge seller to provide ingredients list for each variant. It is important for buyer to know what they have added to this kind of processed food.

Easy to prepare, just need 1 or 2 minutes. But qualities of the ingredients are subjective, such as brown colour on the ‘red date’ fresh (果肉), tiny goji seeds, artificial growth of the white fungus…It just looked different from the advertised picture. Tried the 2nd bag today, shocked to see 黑枣 instead of 红枣……
