🔋Battery Life: Looks good. Less than 30% used after vacuum and mop a 4-rm HDB (except kitchen and toilets). 💨Suction Power: good power 🧭Navigation System: reasonable during the very first run. Expect improvements in future runs. Many features (including those in the APP) are yet to be explored. And also need to try out the cleaning liquids when gifts are redeemed. Hope these will delight the new owner. Fast delivery within 48 hours at door step. Attractive pricing during the 5.5 sales. Overall a very good clean cum mop robot.

🔋Battery Life: isn’t that fantastic. Given its brand new and for a 4room hdb it almost empty’s out the battery. Was expecting better given that it’s a newer product. \nOmniCyclone auto-empty dustbin, Is so much more convenient.\n\nThe mopping is really useful and it cleans itself really well.

I already indicated do not leave at doorstep but the delivery guy still left the parcel at doorstep. Never gave me any call or messages. Furthermore, delivered the parcel after 9pm when i am not around. Let me wait for whole day and never informed me what time deliver. What if the parcel missing and who should responsible. I am really disappointed with the delivery service.

Love the\nMopping function. Definitely cleans better than my current robot from another co. Slightly quieter too. The only thing is I must remember to remove the mopping attachment when charging. It also states I should throw away the disposable mopping mat after each use, which seems kind of wasteful. Comes with 10pcs.

very happy with the purchase, has been using the robo cleaner for a week or so and its working perfectly fine. Other than the initial setting up with wifi, using it was a breeze.\n\nOnly gripe was that delivery just left such an expensive purchase outside the door. Would really appreciate a knock though.

The floor is so clean now work minimal effort! just took some effort to move some furniture ard for the deebot to clean those spaces. pretty quiet even when next to it... still trying to figure out mop function haha. it's effective in auto emptying after vacuuming

Surprisingly good as compare to my LG roboking. With T9, no longer need to clear the floor before start cleaning. It's smart enough to avoid the toys, shoe etc.

Loving my new “helper” at home. My first robot vacuum! It clears away all the cat fur on the floor efficiently. The only “downside” is that it scares the hell out of my scaredy-cat when it was doing mapping 😅

It’s been 3 days, and we already this product. Cleaning quality is very good, and so is the mopping. Connects to Wifi. App very intuitive & responsive. Cleaning can be scheduled to auto start and complete (we have scheduled it between 5am-6am)\n\nToo many loose parts so initial assembly may be little overwhelming.

Very fast delivery, overall this product is good, as compared to other brands . Honestly I think Ecovacs put efforts into improving its product and features work as they should. The app is user friendly, really unlike those I use in the past which is a PAIN! This is very worth it.

cleans well and is very convenient with its auto-empty and self-cleaning station. Navigation is smart, but the base is bulky and mopping isn’t perfect for tough stains. Overall, great for hands-free cleaning if you don’t mind the price.

Tested the product today. Easy set up, superb cleaning with the mop cloth. Tho i feel its wasteful disposing off the mop cloth after each use. Will test the deep scrub function next. Impressed with the logistic delivery, order on the 25th morning, and I received my order following day lunch time. Thank you

Bought this as it has fragrance & oscillating mop. Compared to U2 Pro, mapping is definitely more precise and the mopping is cleaner. However, U2 Pro can vacuum and mop at the same time without much fuss while T9 needs to swap. For people who likes minimal fuss and has tiled flooring, U2 Pro is good enough. T9 is good on my vinyl floor with grooves.

Product received within the week. Items came in excellent condition. The bluebell fragrance smells great! Do note that mop and vaccum is two different functions and you have to install them separately. Suction is very very good! Well recommended. Sucks alot of hair and dirt especially since my dog sheds alot.
