minus one start due to 3rd party logistics service. The guys just lay down the mattress on my new bedframe without removing the dirty and dusty plastic at door step. There was 2 individual plastic wrapped. The outer piece is very dirty and dusty after they left it for me to remove it. The. I realised actually there is another 2nd plastic wrapped.\nAnyway the seller's service is very good. Mattress quality is good and it is firm enough.

Writing a review after almost 2 weeks sleeping on this mattress. The first 2-3 nights, the bed was quite hard and gradually it got abit softer and feels more comfortable so I would say it’s more of a 7/10 firmness than 8 for the 8 inches queen size.\n\nDelivery was fast and good too. Delivery uncle was friendly and helpful and is on time. He called me around 20mins prior to arriving which I had asked to notify in advance. Item was delivered in 2 days.\n\nMattress can be rather hot for sleeping in non aircon room, as my bedroom doesn’t have aircon. Mattress is comfortable and feels of a reasonable quality with the price paid.\n\nRecommended for the quality of the mattress, value and service.

Fthe mattress is very light , the density is there. It’s like sleeping on a thick hard sponge. Haha. Don’t think it’s worth the price though. Fabric is very thin. Get the 6in one, imo.
