After taking this medicine, I get better and able to sleep well. My mom have migraines for many years. She took magnesium melate. Not helpful at all. I’m so confused since the picture seller used described it as 1000mg per serving but the product I received is only 200mg per serving… \nRead that magnesium glycinate can aid sleeping, and recommended dosage is 200-400mg 1 hour before bedtime. So Biofinest’s 200mg is the bare minimum. Missed out that we need to take 3 pills to make up the 200mg serving… so per bot can only last 40 days if you take it everyday. Not as cost effective as I had hoped.

Item is double sealed - plastic seal on bottle cap and foil seal across bottle mouth. Bought this supplement as I am recovering from an injury, and I hope this will somehow help with my recovery.
