Parcel came 2 days later after the estimated time frame from SG seller under unforeseen circumstances. Seller did not pack product immediately and was late in handling it to courier. Product is easy to set up. Material looks okie. It does deflect the aircon wind direction so that you will not feel extremely cold at one spot and stuffy at the other. So far it is effective. Not sure about durability as just started using. The retractable feature is a good one. It is a great design and easy to install.

The deflector is working as designed. It is a solid piece of plastic, unlike the one I bought earlier from a seller in China. The seller in China displayed a deflector that appears to be a solid piece, but it was indeed a foldable piece. So, I would recommend you to buy from this seller who poses the product exactly as it is.

Delivery was fast. I received the items in good condition. The deflector works fine, it diverted the airflow to prevent direct draft. However, it needs quite a large clearance. 2 of my unit was installed above the door. Putting the deflector on these units blocked the door so I gave them away.

Very light and simple item. Does the job of blocking direct wind blast from aircon in living room. No wind flows through the holes in the delector even when fully expanded. So have blocked the middle portion for cold air to still blow out from the side.
