Personally find the price a bit steep, so get during sales. Personally don't really like the longan and red date smell, but there are so many good reviews so trying it out. Weight seems to be maintaining after 1 week of consumption. Read that it's better to consume in morning but due to schedule I sometimes take at night and sometimes in the morning. I think if possible keep to morning will be better. Hope can help improve metabolism rate overtime.

Sugar content is at 8.4g which I didn’t notice. Would prefer lower sugar and hope that manufacturer considers reducing the sugar by half.
