Received the product without any damage. it took 25 minutes to assemble the chair. step7 mentioned in the instruction is not required, but I was searching the T bracket for 10 minutes. Chair looks stylish and comfortable. Will teat the Durability in the coming days and update my review further.

packaging was a little damage however stuff inside was packed properly. very easy to set up yourself. all tools required for set up is provided including installation guide. Good value for money.

Fast delivery. Slight damage to the box but overall, still ok. The chair is comfortable. Only downside is the arm rests are only attached with 2 screws each, hence a little flimsy.

cushioning is good. back massager machine is light.. I good to have but not effective. height is just nice. item well received in huge box. packing was also done well. the T joint is already inserted into the back so you can skip that step from the instructions guide.

The chair is good and comfortable but the delivery can be improved as they did not bring the chair on the trolley. They pushed the chair using wheel on walkways instead.
