The lightweight fan, when set to no more than level two, is not loud but the airflow is not strong enough for outdoor use. However, when set to level three or higher, the airflow is sufficient but not as powerful as the Neck Fan Pro1. The noise is very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation, and it could potentially cause hearing issues if used for a long time.

The delivery was very fast, the package was wrapped with bubble wrap and nothing was damaged. It uses a Type-C cable for charging, which is convenient to carry. It's not too heavy and can be easily hung around the neck, but for some people with a larger neck, it might be difficult to wear because it can't be adjusted. The sound isn't as loud as other brands I've used, but the maximum volume is reasonably loud and acceptable. The airflow is strong and immediate on hot and humid days.

5 different speeds, usb chargeable, fully charged within 2 hrs upon receipt of prdt. while charging, a flicjering light indicates item is being charged. when light stops flickering its an indicatn tat item is fully charged. howevr when in use there is no indicatn of remaunung battery. quiet enough to hold a conversatn evn when at da highest speed but lowest speed is alrdy windy. item is 258g which is heavy to me. coz of my petite built, item is too big for me coz it is not adjustable so da wind is bliwing into my cheeks. the vents at da nape ie back of neck do not provide any wind which is a pity coz sweating is at the back of neck. design is such tat item is not foldable so its not portable n its quite heavy.

I have eyed neck fans for months and decided to go with a Jisulife fan than an OEM fan as their reviews have been very good...and after trying it for 2 days, it is Very Good! The motor is relatively silent even when the fan is at the highest and most powerful setting. \n\nNow I don't need to worry about looking around for a ceiling, wall or standing fan to keep a cool head!

I am a huge supporter of jisulife and bought quite a number of their products for myself and family members. So far their products have exceed my expectations except this one. \n\nFan speed is slow. Built is not sturdy and heavy. Not comfortable to hang around the neck. \n\nSeller packed and shipped really fast as always and is appreciated.

The packages are both damaged and dirty and does not have a seal so they could have been opened beforehand. Now regarding the fans themselves, they are quite loud even moving to the 2nd gear as the instruction manual says, the loudness appears to have doubled but the air does not seem to have increased much. As you move up the levels then the noise increase as well so not recommended if you need to use in a quiet environment.
