Thumbs up for fast delivery as like my first order for the same item bought in 2011 which lifespan was not more than 2 years. 😕 Waited for a year to give it another try. This time package was not bubbled wrapped. It would be fine if it was a direct face to face handover, but it was placed right at the door. Hope it works well this time round.

2nd time purchase. Received the product within 5 days of ordering. However the wrapping only came in a layer of bubble wrap instead of carton box like my previous experience, quite risky in my opinion. They should go back to wrapping it in carton box as the product box is pretty thin.

Bought during Laz birthday. Items came bubble wrap over the box. Sound is not too loud. Very handy for baking. Price is steep compare to other handheld mixer. No online warranty registration but provide local 1 year warranty.

cannot comment on performance of the product since I have not used it.\n\nbut I was quote disappointed and surprised to receive this KITCHENAID item without any other packaging other than the carton box holding the item itself. The original carton box was dented and sealed with a scotched tape. The pieces inside in box are sealed but made we think if this is really brand new or returns or refurbished item. It is ASSEMBLED IN USA.. not made there.
