I ordered on 9 Aug 22 and received the mixer on 13 Aug 22. The condition is pretty good, looks brand new to me, a few small scratches here and there but still acceptable. Mixer works well, too. \n\nMessaged seller on the warranty but seller didn’t respond. Managed to register via Singapore KitchenAid. \n\nOverall, I’m happy with my purchase. Hope the mixer works well and last long.

Order during the Black Friday sales (11.26). Paid for 521 after all the discount and voucher used. Received the new toy (mixer) on 11.30. Order on the 25th Jan and received the mixer on the 28th. Mixer received in good condition. Tested and it was working beautifully.

it is awesome. solid ..tested and all works..\nthe product itself is solid but the delivery was lacking a little common sense.\ndelivery was very fast from the time seller notified me on shipment.\nto be clear, this is a very heavy item (8 to 11kg in a big box as per pic). I understand that delivery guys have a schedule to adhere to but to place this heavy box on the top of my mailbox (1.7m height) when clearly people are home is asking for trouble. as if someone isn't tall enough tries to drag it down, it might cause serious injury to the person. I have had multiple big box/heavy item delivery and they waited at the side gate as we came out to recieve it. I would appreciate that this feedback is taken constructively. pic attached to give some sort of perspective with regards to where the box was placed.\nthank you very much

Bought it on 9.9 sale and received on 12th which is pretty fast! Got it during flash sale at $549 and only paid for $485 after deducting laz bonus and bank voucher. What a steal!! So happy!! The stand mixer received was almost perfect with no dents, no scratches, no stains and is really bnib except some whitish creamy oil residue found at the tilting area which i think is pretty normal (hope i am right 😅). Compared KSM125 with 150 & 175, main diff will be accs included & price.

Very satisfied with the delivery and product ! It worked very well for my cheesecake . The beater was operating smoothly and speed was readily adjustable . Yet to fry mixing a bread dough , hope it will be powerful enough 👌.

Althouh it was a pre order was pleasantly surprised that delivery came before Christmas. Beautiful stand mixer but realised I shd hv bought the smaller size. The 4.8l is heavy and too big for me.

Bough it during Lazada birthday sales at $550 ,purchased on 27/3 and received on 3/4 ! Fast delivery, love the vintage color soooo much!!! Received with excellent condition!! But have not try the speed yet....

Expected quality product from Kitchenaid, however my unit came with a wire whisk that was oxidized and scratched up on the inner bore almost as if it was used. Contacted Kitchenaid and they immediately offered an exchange for the whisk.

Received in adequate packaging - product carton plus external corrugated carton. Internally well protected, however, the Whisk Attachment connector appearance seems tarnished though functionally ok except aesthetically could have been better. Otherwise, pleased with purchase. Was really happy to get this stand mixer. Order on 8 June, received on 12 June. Want to use on 13 June and found the flat beater coat is torn. Contacted kitchen aid, they reply and asked me detail of my purchase it seem like they do not like to do replacement. Later give me a date for exchange but they seem very unwilling to provide exchange. Disappointed kitchenAid to have this type of design for the flat beater coating that torn and service is not friendly. The coating will torn easy.

Got it for the wife as her birthday present. She was very exicted upon receiving it. Item was very nicely packed. All items in pristine condition and the delivery came in earlier than expected.

The first red set I have gotten was a used set with cream in the bowl and also scratched and dented parts . This white one is fine so far

I was expecting the color to be more like cream color but it is abit like very light grey but nonetheless it looks sleek and elegant. Love the product, it helps make bread so much easier!

First time investing in a good stand mixer and it has to be Kitchenaid of course. Hope it is worth the extra money spent! It’s pretty heavy and not advisable for those who like to use and keep in cupboard after that. This is a statement display unit for your counter top
