Fast delivery. Have not tried yet, first time. Using it as a meal replacement and hope it will help in weight management. Looking at the ingredients, it included erythritol which may make me a little apprehensive with some studies research suggesting heart disease risk. If one is concerned, suggest to read up more on the ingredients before deciding whether to try out.

First time buying and I have taste tested, taste like milo which to my surprise it was quite good to drink with just plain ice water. \n\nNo clumps experience as I used a protein shaker bottle so didn’t experience any clumps.\n\nI like it. Delivery was fast, item came in good condition n expiry in 2026. The shake is a bit thick and tastes similar to ON choco whey protein shake to me. The powder does not dissolve very well so shaker is recommended.
