I believe this is not be an original product. Upon opening the packaging, I noticed that the box appeared to be non-original. Furthermore, the charger inside the box was different from the original Samsung charger. I am concerned about the authenticity of the product and would like to understand why Lazada has labeled it as \"preferred.\"

We received it around 9pm., this is the first time, we bought it and has yet to try it. The box itself, it seems like somebody has opened it and it doesn't look NEW, except the Type C wire, 1.8m., was not opened. \nThank you very much to both the seller and the delivery agent.

Looks genuine. Charger has more heft than the one I previous bought elsewhere. Upon charging, the phone registers this as Super Fast Charging 2.0. It's compact and a good buy for travelling with compatible Samsung devices.

Same model which was purchase in March 24 was smaller, lighter, compact and 3rd pin can be retracted. The same model in May 24 was much bigger and 3rd pin cannot be retracted.

Product functionality and quality is good. The charger provides super fast charging as indicated. Seller should update their website to indicate what colour and products are available or not...so as not to waste time in communication. Delivery date was not reliable and there was a failed delivery claimed.

The charger looks genuine, but the charging speed is slower than my original Samsung charger. I don't know why, but while charging, my phone becomes very sensitive and unstable. I think it's due to the charging frequency affecting my touch screen sensitivity.
