Item arrived in plastic film wrapped. Suggest to have another layer of bubble wrap for adequate protection. It is working fine, but there are cosmetic issues as shown. Not returning to seller due value for money.

Got it during a flash sale for $34, making this a steal. Impact motor is strong, quiet operation and there's alot of attachments for various types of massages. Like that it's USB C rechargeable instead of micro C or some proprietary head.
