Well packed and shipped relatively quickly. BUT I ordered 12 packets of CHARCOAL cat litter. What I received is 4 charcoal and 8 of some other scent. See the photos - different coloured litter. It is a good thing my cats are not too fussy - most cats hate scented cat litter . It would have been good if the seller wrote to me to advise of the switch - it’s the professional thing to do. Please do not do this again to anyone.

1 of the packet got poked. So it wasn’t vacuum packed as compared to the other 7 packets. Just wish that the deliverly would be more careful next time.

This is a good brand of cat litter. Usually I have no issues with my orders but this time around, the top two packages in the box had slits in them, and hence while taking these 2 packets out of the box, the cat litter spilled on the floor.\n\nCan your staff please ensure not to pack such bags that have holes or are slit open.\n\nThank you.

Value for money but only if priced below 4. Decent quality. Small bag, not quite the 7L as advertised and weighs about 2.24-2.25kg only.

looks like my normal cat litter so I'm okay with it. Smell is not too overwhelming but there is a nice mild scent.

Ordered 4x Peach and 4x Lemon but I received all Lemon (box label). I also can’t tell the difference because there’s no colour difference pictures/information on the shop listing. Might be false advertising.\n\nIm also unsure about the ingredients list “and so on”…

Vacuum sealed package. Affordable price for the item and works like it should be. Smell is not so strong but able to cover the pee smell. Has a moq but its fine since its a necessity
